Availability
While I do have a full time job, I also dog sit full time! What this mean to me is that I’ll be at your place from 9am-6pm while I work (I’ll bring my laptop; you bring the internet!) & may leave for 1-4 hours before or after work some days for errands, etc. My personal max is being gone 4 hours while I’m sitting, unless something specific comes up. My goal is to keep your pet on their daily routine to reduce anxiety while you’re not around!

I try to follow any daily routines as closely as possible while making sure to give cuddles, play time, backyard time (& walks), as well as caring for the house itself! Rotating lights, mail checks, plant care, etc. all included at no extra charge!
Information Madison M. would like to know about your pet
I prefer knowing some of the dog's major mannerisms, such as their tell-tales for “I gotta potty,” and “I want to play”, as well as their favorite spot to be scratched! If walks are part of the pet’s routine, I also like to know how long of a walk they’ll expect, how they react to small animals (stray cats, squirrels, etc), and how they are on a leash.
A typical day
I really enjoy hanging out with dogs of all energy levels! We’ll play games to mentally and physically wear them out, then cuddle and snooze to our hearts content. (Or whatever combination of the above that your pet prefers!)

Hey there! I’m Madison (Maddie) & it’s really nice to virtually meet you! Thanks for taking a stop by my profile; I can’t wait to potentially connect with you and your furry, fuzzy, or feathered babies! For some background on me, I actually grew up with pets always around! My love for animals has only grown as I’ve gotten older. We had big and small dogs, cats, fish, and at one point, a guinea pig! In addition to my own past pets, I have cared for rodents, birds, rabbits, reptiles, sheep, horses, chickens, cows, and goats! I have experience with puppies & kittens (ask about my “new litter” package) seniors, special needs (blind/deaf/etc), medical cases (oral or injection medication administration), as well as animals who are nervous around new people. Over the 7+ years I’ve been pet sitting, Ive come to realize that no matter the species, a gentle demeanor and soft voice go a long way! I’ve also learned that body language and a light touch say a lot more to an animal than words in a soft voice ever could On another note, I’ve also picked some really fun ways to play along the way! With toys or not, I’ll get right down on the ground with them. The cup game and hide a treat are fun of course, but I love a good tug-of-war or a rowdy game of FETCH! I’m currently working from home (your place 😉) in marketing for a start-up tech company! Aside from pet care activities, my hobbies include painting, photography, hiking, and culinary arts.

Madison was great with the dogs! They were both happy & seemed to have enjoyed their time with her. She knew we had an anxious dog so she even came for a meet & greet prior to our scheduled sitting. We would definitely recommend using her.

I can’t begin to say how happy I am with Madison!!! Charli loved her, she was so awesome with communication and photos. Very trustworthy.
Madison was very communicative and responsive during the stay - sending updates and photos, which was appreciated. She arrived on time and let us know when she was leaving. She also threw a ball for our dog pretty much 24/7 so she is now his new best friend 😊. Pets were well cared for and litter boxes were clean - this was a great experience for us using Madison and Rover for the first time!
