Pawsitively Passionate Care!!

Hi there! I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte in 2023 with a BS in Biology and minors in Psychology, Business, and Health Science. I just graduated in May 2026 with my Masters Degree in Medical Sciences: Anatomy & Physiology from University of Florida College of Medicine. I currently have the summer off and will pursue my ABSN, RN, and nurse practitioner beginning this fall. Growing up in a family that bred Rhodesian Ridgebacks, I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and my family has three more Rhodesian Ridgebacks back home that I have taken care for years. My experience extends beyond just dogs—I’ve also cared for sugar gliders and hermit crabs for over a decade, so I’m comfortable handling a variety of pets. In addition to my love for animals, I’m passionate about ocean conservation. I love the ocean and to scuba dive and am working towards my Dive Masters to learn how to feed and handle tiger sharks. I grew up at the beach in SC and back and forth on the Big Island of Hawaii. I travel frequently, diving with sharks, studying them, and advocating for their protection. My attention to detail, love for animals, and reliability make me someone you can trust with your pets. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or lots of snuggles, I’m here to ensure your furry friends get all the love and care they need!

Safety, trust & environment

I live in an apartment conveniently located near several parks, perfect for walks and playtime. Your pets will have a cozy and safe space to relax, and I ensure they get plenty of outdoor exercise. I follow any feeding, playtime, and sleeping routines you have to keep your pet comfortable and happy while they stay with me. Crates* If you prefer your pet to be crated while I’m away from the house or overnight, I have my own crates available for use! I currently have medium and large-sized crates to accommodate different breeds and sizes. I understand that transporting a crate can be inconvenient, especially when it involves carrying it up stairs or fitting it into your vehicle. I want to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for you, while still providing a comfortable and safe option for your pet. If your dog is crate-trained and it’s part of their normal routine, I’m happy to provide a crate so they can feel secure and comfortable during their stay. When I stay overnight in a client’s home, I make sure to follow your pet’s regular routine as closely as possible. This includes scheduled walks, feeding, and bedtime routine. I aim to provide a calm and familiar environment for your pet, ensuring they feel secure and comfortable in their own space while you’re away.

A typical day

A typical day with me involves plenty of fun and attention! I live in an apartment near multiple parks, so your pet can look forward to walks and playtime in green, open spaces. We’ll start the day with a morning walk, followed by some indoor play or relaxation time depending on your pet’s energy level. In the afternoon, we’ll head to the park for some exercise and fresh air, whether that’s fetch, exploring new trails, or just enjoying the outdoors. I’ll stick to your pet’s regular feeding and rest schedule, making sure they feel comfortable and loved throughout the day!

Before caring for your pet, it’s helpful to know about their routine, temperament, and any specific needs they may have. Are they good with other animals or have any fears (like loud noises or certain environments)? Do they have any medical conditions or dietary restrictions? Understanding their favorite activities, comfort items, and any quirks ensures I can provide the best care and keep them happy and stress-free while you’re away. Tips* Tips are never required, but they are always greatly appreciated! They help me continue providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every pet in my care. Before and after each stay, I thoroughly clean my space by vacuuming, mopping/swifting floors, washing pet beds and blankets, and sanitizing shared areas to ensure a fresh environment for both my current and incoming furry guests. Tips also help me replace and maintain pet supplies that make each stay more comfortable, such as dog beds, blankets, bowls, crates, toys, treats, and other essentials. They also help cover everyday supplies like cleaning products and waste bags so I can continue giving pets the best care possible.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
