My love for animals comes from a lifetime of hands on experience. I've had dogs and cats my entire life, and I currently have three Great Danes of my own- Freyja, Loki and Hnoss. I also regularly care for my parent's two little dogs, giving me experience with dogs of all sizes, from tiny companions to gentle giants. In addition to caring for dogs and cats, I have experience working with horses, which has deepened my understanding of animal behavior, patience and responsible care. What makes me different is that I understand every animal has their own personality, comfort level, and unique needs. Caring for Great Danes is different from caring for a small dog, just as caring for a cat can require a completely different approach. I enjoy getting to know each animal individually and adapting my care to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have knowledge of dog CPR and experience with administering medications that do not require injections. I understand that caring for someone's pet is a serious responsibility, and I take their safety and well-being to heart. I am responsible, dependable and fun-loving person who genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, playful, independent, elderly or full of personality, I'm committed to providing the patience, attention, and individualized care they deserve. To me, pet sitting isn't just a job- it's an opportunity to make a positive difference in an animal's day and give their family peace of mind while they're away.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in clients homes I prioritize safety, trust, and maintaining a comfortable environment. I follow each pets routine and the owner's instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special needs. I provide plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship while respecting each pet's individual personality and comfort level. I keep the home clean and secure, make sure doors and gates are safely closed, and remain attentive to potential hazards. I treat every home with the same care and respect I would want for my own, and I communicate regularly with pet parents so they feel confident their pets are happy, safe and well cared for.

Schedule
I currently have a flexible schedule and am available to provide pet care throughout the week. I am available for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and cat care at times that work best for you and your pets. I am generally available any day of the week, with the exception of Sundays before 12:00pm. However, I can be flexible on Sundays for house sitting and will do my best to accommodate your needs. I am happy to work with you to coordinate a schedule that meets your needs and ensures your pets receive the love, attention, and care they deserve.
