Another wonderful experience with Madison!

Second time using Madison and we will continue to use her in the feature. Did a great job taking care of our home and our dog.

Madison did a great job caring for our unique pup. She’s got some quirks and takes medication, but that didn’t bother Madison. She was walked regularly and I’m sure snuggled even more! Madison was very communicative. She took great care of our home and respected our routines for our dog. We will be using her again!

Great communication! Our flight was delayed and Madison was willing to stay and help longer. Moose was well cared for!

We were definitely deceived by Madison’s statements agreeing to do her job as we asked. It was “no problem” when she was asked to feed our dog as instructed. No problem to stay with our dog so that he could eat during very liberal timeframes. She was asked stay at our residence with our dog with the understanding she was being paid to do so. Yet, she neglected much of what she agreed to do and much of what should be common sense. I confirmed everything that I am stating in this review by video evidence and the physical presence of me returning to my house after my vacation. I have a Ring doorbell and one living room video camera that I’ve had for years to keep an eye on our pets while we’re away. She left the house cluttered with dog treats all over the living room and did not attempt to pick any up for the five days she was scheduled. On multiple occasions our dog either did not eat or partially ate his pan of wet and dry food mixture. It sat for over a half a day on multiple occasions without being picked up or cleaned out while she was either gone or upstairs away from our dog. The day we came home after she left early from her responsibilities with our dog the water bowl only contained about one quarter of a bowl of filthy water. I could not determine how many times he was given clean water over five days, but if I had to guess with her other neglected responsibilities it wasn’t very often. The first day she was upstairs away from our dog for almost all of the day except for the two feedings that she made and went immediately back upstairs into the guest room she was staying. Another night she went out with someone for about six hours until 2:15 a.m. I completely understand going out for an hour or two even to take care of personal business, but when you are being paid to dog sit full time and are gone multiple hours on numerous days I feel like we are being taken for a ride. Some common sense items that were neglected were picking up after herself and cleaning off the toilets that had fecal matter splattered all over the toilet seats and bowls. Needless to say, we will never utilize Madison’s lack of services again, nor will we utilize Rover again.

Our pampered puppy loved the services. We appreciate having a trustworthy professional stay with our dog and watch over our house. We appreciate the photo updates, communication, and responsiveness. Plan to use the sitting service again and again. Our dog did very well staying home under Maddison's care.
