I am available for drop-in visits, dog walking, and pet sitting, and I do my best to adjust my schedule with advance notice when needed. To help things run smoothly, here are a few helpful things to know ahead of time: I do best when feeding instructions, walk routines, and any medications are clearly written out. If anything is unclear, I will reach out to confirm so your pet’s care stays consistent. Please let me know about any behavioral notes such as anxiety, leash reactivity, escape tendencies, or food guarding so I can keep your pet safe and comfortable. For dog walks, I always use secure leash handling and avoid unsafe interactions with other animals unless you specifically approve it. If your pet has any medical needs, allergies, or specific quirks (like hiding during visits or needing extra time to warm up to new people), that’s really helpful to know in advance. I also appreciate knowing where supplies are kept (leashes, food, litter, cleaning items, etc.) so I can handle everything efficiently during visits. During care, I provide regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make sure your pet is safe, cared for, and comfortable while keeping communication clear and consistent with you.

For dogs, I take them on a full walk where they can get exercise, sniff around, and burn off energy. I always pay attention to their pace and comfort level. For cats, I check litter boxes, refresh food and water, and spend time engaging them based on their personality—whether that’s playtime, brushing, or just giving them company and attention. I also handle any small tasks like bringing in mail, cleaning up after pets, or following any specific instructions you leave. I send updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to make sure your pet feels cared for and relaxed, and that you feel completely at ease while you’re away.

Whether it’s drop-in visits, walks, feeding, administering basic medications, playtime, or overnight stays, I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and happy while their owners are away. Madison has pet sat for our family on many occasions. She is very responsible and trustworthy. We have engaged her for overnight stays for as long as two weeks with our mini bernedoodle. She has access to the house 24 ours per day allowing her to spend good time with our pet. The house was left immaculate for us to come home to. She has also pet sat our cat who is really a cat/dog and needs attention. She visited him twice a day spending time with him each day. We would highly recommend Madison for any pet sitting needs.
