The Best Care for Your Best Friend

Hi! I’m Madison, and I’ve been a Rover sitter since 2019. I bring both passion and experience to the table—along with a background in Veterinary Science, which I studied for four years. I’ve owned and cared for animals my entire life and currently share my home with an Australian Shepherd/Lab mix and two cats, so I’m especially comfortable with multi-pet households and active breeds. What sets me apart is my ability to balance professional care with genuine love for animals. Whether I’m caring for a playful puppy or a senior dog who needs a gentler touch, I adapt to each pet’s personality, energy level, and needs. I’m also attentive to safety—my yard is large and perfect for play, but since I live near a busier road, I take all necessary precautions to keep pets secure during outdoor time and walks. I make communication a priority. I’ll keep you updated with regular check-ins, photos, and quick messages so you always know how your pet is doing. I also offer meet-and-greets (in-person or virtual) to ensure your pet feels comfortable with me before our first booking. Thank you for considering me—I’d love the chance to give your pet the love, attention, and expert care they deserve!

Madison was wonderful! Her communication skills are great. She was so enthusiastic when I brought Rambler over for his stay that it made me feel extremely comfortable. She sends pictures and provides updates which is a pet owner and lovers dream. I would definitely recommend Madison to anyone looking to get the best care for their dog while away! Thanks Madison!

Madison is awesome with dogs! She takes very good care of them and loves them all. I highly recommend her as a caretaker for all animals. She’s very dependable and knows what she’s doing. She’s one of the most caring people I know and I’ll always know my dog is in good hands with her!

Madison has an incredible love for animals. She cares for them like they are her own, and sees them as her children. She is responsible, easy to work with, and detail orientated. Madison will not only shower you dog with love but will also give it all the attention he/she will need. She has experience with puppies, adolescent, and senior dogs. She also is able to help potty train, teach basic commands, and administer medications. You will not regret hiring her! Not only will your dogs love her but so will you!

Madison is incredibly well with dogs, she has two fur babies of her own who are very loved, and well taken care of. My fur baby loves Madison and her dogs as well. I would be inclined to let Madison watch anybody’s dog, she will never let you down and make your babies feel safe while their owner can’t be around. Madison is good at everything she does, I know she will do fantastic at dog sitting too!

5 Stars for sure. I’ve never met Madison nor has my 11 week Labrador puppy but she showed such enthusiasm and care for my pup. Normally I try to be at home as much as possible but since today was such a busy day I needed someone close and with good reviews. She tracked the day very well and I could tell by how tired my puppy was that he had an awesome day of playing.

Schedule

Even as a busy nursing student, caring for animals is one of the best parts of my day—and something I genuinely make time for. My class schedule is flexible enough that I can prioritize spending quality time with your pets, whether it’s for a long walk, a drop-in visit, or overnight care. Being around animals is a huge stress reliever for me, so I look forward to every visit. I treat every pet like they’re my own—making sure they get attention, play, and care tailored to their needs. My background in nursing means I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and confident handling schedules, medications, or special instructions. Pet care isn’t a side job for me—it’s something I love doing and work hard to do well. Your pets will get my full attention, lots of love, and a safe, happy experience every time we’re together.

Safety, trust & environment

I have three pets of my own, so your fur baby will have plenty of company and a pet-loving environment whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine. I focus on creating a calm, structured atmosphere where your pet can feel safe and relaxed, especially since being away from their usual routine—or their favorite people—can be stressful. Whether I’m house sitting, walking your dog, or providing daycare, I do my best to stick to your pet’s regular schedule, including feeding times, walks, play, and any special routines or medications. I treat each pet like an individual, giving them the attention, patience, and care they need to feel right at home—even if they’re not. You can count on me to be respectful of your space, communicative, and totally focused on keeping your pet happy and healthy while you’re away.

Pets

A typical day

I love keeping pets active, engaged, and happy while they’re with me! I live near a lake, so if your pup enjoys the water, we can go for a swim or just enjoy a peaceful walk along the shoreline. I also have a large yard that’s perfect for supervised play, fetch, and sunbathing. For high-energy dogs or nature lovers, I’m always up for a hike—there are plenty of scenic trails nearby, and I make sure all adventures are safe, leash-controlled, and tailored to your pet’s comfort level and stamina. Whether we’re exploring or just enjoying backyard zoomies, I make sure your pet gets the exercise, enrichment, and love they need. Of course, for pets who prefer cuddles over cardio, I’m equally happy to hang out inside for belly rubs, brushing, or cozy nap time.
