I just wanted to write a huge thank you to the wonderful Madison, who looked after Sunny while we went to a concert. From the moment Madison accepted the booking, she was incredibly communicative, kind and reassuring. When she met Sunny, she was so warm, friendly and caring.....and Sunny took to her immediately, which says everything. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, and we felt completely at ease knowing Sunny was in such lovely hands. We loved her, Sunny loved her, and I honestly would not hesitate to recommend her. Madison is an absolute fabulous shining star, and we will definitely be becoming regular customers.
