Please let me know in advance of any special needs your pet may have so that I can be sure to attend to appropriately. Special situations/requirements are helpful to be written down so that I can be sure to accommodate your pet’s needs and wants😄. Also letting me know if you want pictures or daily communication/updates! The pets I have listed at the bottom are my family pets back in IL! Meet & greets are great as well which I think is the standard at this point anyway!! Feel free to message me anytime:)
A typical day
I am open to any activities your pet needs or enjoys doing whether it’s waking up early to be fed or taken out potty, given a lot of exercise, needing medication, needing a lot of attention, etc!! I typically wake up around 7-8 for potty and breakfast, will do some things on my computer, then take the dog out potty and on a walk if needed, After that, may hang out with them with more walks if needed or run home for a few things depending on the dogs needs and then be back for dinner and cool down time before bed! Also completely open to cats, bunnies, other small animals which I’ve only gotten to watch once from here so far!

I have cared for cats/dogs/small animals for 15+ years. Love to give them attention and exercise and make them comfortable while giving you peace of mind while you are away. I mainly do housesitting as I work on my computer from home but can do drop in visits as well! I do prefer dog sittings to be in your own home as I live in a one bedroom apartment!

Maddie is an incredible dog sitter! She was very communicative, and it was evident right away that she genuinely cares and takes her work as a dog sitter very seriously. She took the time to meet my dog ahead of time and listened attentively to my endless instructions. My dog is leash reactive, and Maddie was able to work with her and take her out on walks, which can sometimes be a difficult endeavor. She left my house clean and exactly as I had left it, sent me lots of photos, which I really appreciated, and was so kind throughout the entire experience. I felt very comfortable knowing my dog was in her care. I will definitely be booking Maddie again, and I am so glad I was able to find her as a dog sitter! Thank you, Maddie!
