Hi there! My name is Madison. I spent a lot of time in a pet store that my mom owned when I was younger so I’m very familiar with animals and their needs. Since then I’ve taken care of many friends and families animals, by dropping in to check on them or taking them on walks to get a little exercise!

Safety, trust & environment
When doing walks I will ensure the coast is clear of any nearby cars or animals so as not to spook your dog or create any problems. When doing drop-ins I will make sure all food and water is properly filled and doors are not opened for any more time than necessary so your pets do not run out or anything run in!

Madison took fantastic care of our cats, as always. She is prompt, follows instructions to the letter, and always provides an update on how everyone is doing, as well as several photos of our cattos. It makes being away from them a lot easier, knowing Madison is looking out for our animals!!
Madison continues to be responsive, kind, and enthusiastic about taking care of our dog!

Great service as usual
Madison has now walked our dog twice for us. Both times, she followed up with reports and thanked us for trusting Willow to her care. We’re grateful to have found her and will continue to request her for walks.

Schedule
I currently work weekends at a kennel so I can spend a good amount of time with your pets! (Because of that, my flexibility is limited on the weekends.) That can include walking them a little extra so they get more sunshine and or sitting with them when dropping in so they have some company for a little bit!

- I would like to know any information about your pet. If they take any medication, have any allergies, if they’re nervous around new people and if they have any aggressions about anything. Also anything about your pets personality or health! I would always like to do a meet and greet before so that your pet/pets are comfortable with this new person who may be taking care of them for a bit. I think this is also big on your safety and mine and to allow you and your pet to be comfortable and happy!
