*Please read the bottom of my bio before booking as I work out of the house for 6-8 hours* Hi there! I’m Madi, a 26 year old photographer and animal lover living in the Sloan’s Lake area. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes from tiny dachshunds to giant Great Pyrenees so I’m comfortable with any breed and personality. I love going on walks, giving lots of attention, and making sure every pup feels happy and safe. I am out of the house for sometime due to work. However my schedule is a bit different as a photographer. So it’s mainly a hybrid between working in person and working from home. Typically I’m working 6-8 hour shifts out of the house at my serving job so please note that I won’t be able to let dogs out for those amount of hours. The rest of my time I work from home editing and managing social media for a few hours a week. If your dog needs a walk, some company, or overnight care while you’re away, I’d love to help. Please feel free to reach out!

Madison was wonderful watching our dogs, Finn and Henry! She was reliable, caring, and a great communicator throughout the entire stay. We really appreciated that she sent lots of photos and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Finn and Henry were clearly well cared for and happy with her. We would absolutely recommend Madison and would be thrilled to have her watch them again!

Maddie was wonderful with our pups. We have one special needs dog and they both require meds and Maddie was on top of everything. She sent daily updates and pictures. We will be booking again soon. Would highly recommend!

Madison was truly amazing. She took very good care of both of our dogs, one that requires medication with every meal and have a very consistent routine. She was very attentive to them and sent updates and photos regularly. It was such a relief knowing that a caring professional was looking after them. She was there when she said she be there, stayed longer than asked and the house was spotless when we arrived home. I would highly recommend having Madison take care of your pets. They miss her already.

Madison is a great dog sitter. She loves and cares for dogs so much that it's easy to leave them in her care and put your mind at ease that you dogs will be taken care of and loved for.

I have never met someone who loves dogs as much as Madison. Every time she sees one her attention is immediately directed to the dog, her eyes widen and light up. Madi would give her life for any dog no joke. She is an excellent caregiver having spent time working at a high stress restaurant and has practiced hospitality to its greatest extent. I would leave a newborn in her hands. I would trust her to give my dogs the best experience ever too.

Calendar and availability

Schedule

While my schedule is a bit busy as a photographer, I typically work only 2 days a week from 9-5 (5 at the latest but typically it’s much earlier than that) and then 2-4 days I work 4-8pm for events. The rest of the time I work from home editing or managing a social media page for a MedSpa company. When I’m house sitting or boarding, I always make it a priority to be back for the pets promptly after working to ensure they’re not alone for too long. Since some weeks I could only be working 4 days a week, I typically have more free time to be available to be there full time during those days off to be present with your pets for any walks needed or for feeding time!

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for them in your home or mine, I create a calm, clean, and secure environment where they can relax and feel at ease. I follow your routines closely, feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions so your pet feels safe and understood. I take the time to build trust, offer lots of love, and always keep a close eye on their well-being. I always remain responsible and respectful when pet sitting, and I make sure to stay in communication with you everyday during the stay to put you at ease while you’re away.

A typical day

A typical day with me is all about keeping your dog happy and active. We’ll start with a nice walk to get some fresh air and sniff all the best spots. During the day, we’ll play with their favorite toys, practice tricks if they enjoy learning, and take plenty of cuddle or nap breaks. In the evenings, we’ll go on another walk or have some backyard playtime before winding down. Your pup will get lots of love, attention, and a routine that feels just like home.
