Pet care experience

Vet tech and animal lover!

I’ve worked in a vets office and I'm incredibly experienced with many types of animals including reptiles, fish, dogs, cats, and much more. Dog walking was my first job and since then I have done a lot of house/animal sitting. I also have experience with administering medication. I've done both shots and pills for dogs. **I can provide post op care with many types of procedures**

Lily tells me that Madison was a fantastic sitter - best she's ever had. Madison kept in contact with me while I was gone and even sent a picture of Lily. I was initially nervous about leaving Lily with someone she didn't know, but Madison came over before I left and she and Lily got along great. I had no qualms about leaving Lily after I met Madison. I'm so grateful that Madison took such good care of my baby. Thanks, Madison!

Madison was a very responsible house sitter. She took incredible care of my service dog Gibbs. The house was in excellent condition and so was Gibbs. He went for walks, played ball, and slept comfortably where he wanted. She kept me up to date with pictures and information on Gibbs's activities. I will definitely use here again. She eased all my worries. I would highly recommend her.

Great sitter! Would definitely use again. Madison was right on time, attentive to directions and Jackson took to her immediately. We came back and Jackson had been fed, walked and was in bed, as we requested. Thank you, Madison!

Safety, trust & environment

I only accept one client in my home at a time. Safety is my top priority, for pets and humans. Since I have a cat, I can only accept friendly pets at this time in my home. I have the education and experience to provide a safe and happy environment for your animals. As a medical professional I can respond to emergencies if they arise.

Pets

We will play in my front yard, go for walks (a walking is just miles down the road as well as the lake), and take naps. For pups that enjoy it we also take car rides and maybe visit a pet store to pick up a treat or two.

With my experience in a vets office I am prepared to care for your animal in any way necessary for their health and happiness. With this being said I need to know what their normal is and how I can make the transition easy for them while you’re gone. Feeding schedule, potty schedule, favorite toys, etc. I also need to know their regular vet or have permission to have them treated the DVM I work for.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
