We always use Madilynn when we go out of town. She's the best!

Madilynn is AMAZING ! She always takes amazing care of my elderly, blind chihuahua. I trust her wholeheartedly<3

Madi is awesome! I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve used Madilyn’s services. She is always so upbeat and so easy to work with. She’s really good with my tiny senior dog and I can rest easy while off island.

This is our third time using Maddie. We feel very comfortable with her watching Nigel for an extended period of time. We especially appreciate all of the updates and pictures :). We will be using her services again! Thank you again for everything!

Madilynn is so easy to work with and I've used her services many times, and will do so in the future. My plans sometimes change last minute and Madilynn is so accommodating. Also my chiweenie, Mandoo, loves her and feels comfortable staying with her. Highly recommend!

Madilynn skipped a drop in visit for Millie while pretending that she was actually there. We booked Madilynn for 2 days, both were drop-in visits. On the first visit she started the drop-in but I never saw her enter our home from our front door camera. Almost exactly 30 mins after, we got the notification that she finished the drop in visit. Still we did not see her on our camera. We waited for about 30 mins after she ended the visit before asking a friend to check out apartment. Upon checking our apartment it was clear that no one had been there. Looking at the Rover card, which is the only communication we have from Madilynn from this visit, there is a picture of Millie and a note that says "Millie is good!", indicating that she had completed the visit and saw Millie. The picture in the Rover card is a picture from a previous booking, but one that was never added to the app previously, so was the first time we saw it, but was without a doubt not from this booking. This was all an attempt to make it seem like she actually did the visit, but absolutely did not. I could keep writing, but the important details are here. Madilynn purposely skipped a visit to care for Millie. Book at your own risk and always a reminder to have a camera watching your door while you're away.
