Pet care experience
Dog & Horse Lover, Flexible Hours
I've cared for animals my whole life. I grew up around, Australian Shepherds, retriever mixes, rescues, senior dogs, puppies, sick dogs and I've spent years riding and working at barns. Barn life teaches you things that carry over to dogs: you show up on time no matter the weather, you learn to read body language before a problem starts, and you stay calm with strong, anxious, or high-energy personalities. [I have experince giving medications, including deworming and any pills.] During the day I work remotely as a business analyst for a healthcare consulting firm, and I bring the same habits to pet care: clear communication, close attention to detail, and following instructions exactly. You'll get photos and a quick update after every visit, so you never have to wonder how things are going. I'm living at home right now after graduating college, and pet sitting lets me spend more of my week with dogs while earning some extra cash to help my mom out around the house. It's something I genuinely look forward to.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust come first. Before any booking, I am happy to do a meet and greet so you and your dog can get comfortable with me and I can learn their routine firsthand. I check harnesses and leashes before every walk, never let a dog off-leash without your permission, and double-check doors, gates, and locks before I leave. I'll have your vet and emergency contact on hand. If anything seems off, even something small like a skipped meal, I'll let you know right away.
Ratings and reviews
For as long as I have known Madi, she has been very great with animals. Having two dogs of her own and a horse, Madi has lots of experience taking care of all types of animals. As my neighbor, I have happily trusted her to dog sit for me and she has always done a great job. Madi treats all pets like they are her own and is extremely responsible.

Schedule
Because I work remotely, I'm local and nearby on most days. That gives me room for morning and evening walks, midday drop-ins, and other unique times. I keep my Rover calendar current, so if a time shows as open, I'm truly available. I'm also happy to set up a recurring schedule so your dog gets the same sitter every week.

- The more I know, the better I can care for your dog. Please share their daily routine, feeding schedule, energy level, favorite activities, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. It's especially helpful to know about leash reactivity, escape habits, fears or triggers, medical needs or medications, and your vet's contact information.
