I’ve grown up with pets all my life! From cats, guinea pigs, fish, and dogs, I’ve absolutely had a large variety of loving animal companions. I currently have 4 dogs (a 6 year old grey lab, a 2 year old super-mutt, a 4 year old old english bulldog, and a 6 year old chihuahua) In the past, I’ve also owned another bulldog and a boxer that was deaf! Both had additional needs, such as medicine, allergies, or being extremely stubborn (bulldogs definitely don’t like being told what to do...especially when it involves having to get up). All my pets have been rescue animals and I currently foster dogs for local rescues when I’m needed so I know that it takes time for some pets to feel comfortable around people they don’t know. I’m very patient when it comes to building the trust of these wonderful animals! I often do housesitting and/or watch pets for family and friends, so I feel very comfortable taking care of other people’s pets. In those times, I’ve done drop in visits, full time housesitting, etc. I am also club president of “cat club” at my university, in this club we take care of the community cats that live on campus! It’s given me great experience with cats that are more timid or hesitant around people and/or strangers. I’ll always try my best to accommodate my services to the special needs of different types of pets and wishes of their owners.

I think affection is very important, especially when owner’s are not home and the pet may need some extra love or feel sad, so I like to make sure to give them lots of extra attention and keep them happy with cuddles, toys, and walks.

Madi is amazing and took such great care of our kids (the furry kind). She sent us pics throughout the week and kept us updated and made the worry of leaving them go away. She took care of everything asked and more.

Schedule
I’m currently working 3 days a week for Davis County (Saturday-Monday) but I am still available for housesitting during those days! All other days have very little obligations. Happy to work with your schedule to best care for your fur babies.
