Hi there! My name is Madelynn and I’ve loved animals as long as I could remember! I volunteered at an animal shelter for 5 years in my hometown and when I moved to Colorado, I helped trained my roommate’s puppy. Also, I am a complete cat lady. I have a cat of my own and I understand the needs of a picky cat. Some would say I’m a cat whisperer! I am very familiar with training and listening to a dog’s body language. I consider myself a very patient person which important when it comes to dogs. I have worked with many types of dogs including agressive and shy fur babies. My hometown had a lot of pit bull mixes in the shelter and I don’t have any breed restrictions. I’m also into fitness, so if your dog has extra energy, I can jog with them instead of walking. Pets need patience and kindness. That is what I stand for. Taking care of animals is a passion of mine.

I take great pride in what I do when I take care of your pets. I am attentive during visits making sure they get food, attention, and snuggles if they’d like. I will also take care a litter box if necessary.

Madelynn is such a lovely person. My one cat had both kidney and heart disease and required nightly subcutaneous fluids among other things. Madelynn had never done fluids before and instead of turning me away like other cat sitters did, she offered to come multiple times before the sitting so that I could teach her how to administer the fluids. Sadly, my cat passed away the week before our vacation, but I am confident Madelynn would have done a great job looking after her. Madelynn still cat sit my other cat who lost her sister of over 13 years and then had her family leave for two weeks shortly after. Madelynn was kind and patient with her being a shy cat and once she warmed up to her, she gave her extra time for pats, attention and company. Madelynn was fantastic at communicating throughout the two weeks with messages, photos and videos and I am more than happy to recommend her to any nervous cat parents out there like myself.

Madelynn went above and beyond with our cat Eevee when we went on vacation. She gave fantastic updates, pictures, and extra love and care. I would feel at ease with Madelynn taking care of Eevee any time! She is great with cats and truly cares about their wellbeing! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter.
Madelynn was great! She had my ordinarily shy cat playing and purring! I received great updates and lots of photos which made being away a much easier experience knowing my cats were being well cared for. Will definitely book again!
