Maddie was truly our hero when we went on vacation recently. We have a puppy and a senior dog, so we were adamant about needing someone to stay overnight with them. It was our first time hiring someone outside of family, and we found a woman on Rover who only spent 27 minutes with them (split in two visits) and did not stay the night with them like promised (we have the ring camera so knew when she came/left - highly recommend). Needless to say, we were stressed and out of state trying to find a backup option that would actually do what they say they would for our fur family. Maddie went above and beyond our expectations. Her communication was amazing. We got photo updates and stories daily, she was in direct contact with our local family that agreed to help with lunch visits when she had a few long work days. She works at a vet, so she was knowledgeable and helpful catching an ear infection early in our puppy. We also have a reclusive cat, and Maddie earned her trust and sent pics of her too. 10/10 recommend and definitely plan to use her services again in the future!
