I have plenty of experience caring for big dogs, small dogs, and cats, and am counting down the days until I’m able to have one of my own. Sadly, I’m not in a position to bring any pets home to my current residence, but that means I have lots of extra attention I can give to your pets while you’re away! Your routines and specific-to-you needs regarding your home and pets are important, and my goal is to make sure those needs are provided for. I grew up with dogs and a cat, and often took neighborhood pet sitting jobs. I also worked with small animals on a local farm for several years, and currently live in a house with two dogs, who I help care for when their owners are away. Over the past six years or so, I’ve done pet and house sitting for various clients, and it’s been a fantastic experience! I look forward to meeting your pets and helping give you the time away you deserve!

Madelyn has always enjoyed animals. She was raised with a cat, two dogs, hamsters, budgie birds, and fish. She took good care of her dog Sadie, until Madelyn launched off to university, and she managed to teach Sadie several tricks. During her teens she volunteered at a local farm helping school groups interact with the farm animals such as goats, lambs, rabbits, and baby cows. She's also worked at summer camps in the horsemanship area. She will spoil your pets with love and great care!
I needed a pet sitter for my cat while I was away for the summer, and I couldn’t have asked for someone better! Madelyn took excellent care of my cat for about two months. All of my cat’s needs were met exactly as I asked. I would highly recommend Madelyn to anyone who may need a pet sitter.
Madelyn did a fantastic job for us! And, she was able to cover us on short notice when our other pet care suddenly fell apart. She kept us updated on how things were going while we were away. Our senior pets were happy and healthy and our home was tidy when we returned. She even drew an adorable cartoon of our pets that I am keeping because it is so cute! She is our #1 choice for all future pet care.
