I’ve been off Rover since remote working during Covid. Now I am back and ready to care for your furbabies. I have 25 years experience training and caring for dogs. I bred, raised and trained GSDs for Law Enforcement and Military and Labradors for Medical Assistant. I’m also and AKC CCG Evaluator. If your fur baby needs medical accommodations, I provide them. Capable of administering medication via oral, injection and topical wound healing. I have a big heart for fur babies. I have several clients and references. I also have years of property management experience, so I know how to handle both dog and home problems while I'm sitting. I stay flexible because I understand the stress of finding a reliable last minute sitter. My furry friends are always happy to see me as I give them the one on one attention they need. I’m a true animal lover, compassionate and kind.

We were absolutely happy with the care Madelyn gave our doggies and home. The telling marks of course come from Olive and Travis. Both sensed Madelyn's love of k-9's. She came to drop off something belonging to Travis and he stayed at the window until her car drove away. We will definitely seek her care in the future.

Schedule
I’m currently on a work sabbatical so I’m available all day for your pet. Still in the midst of deciding whether to retire early and work Rover only.

Safety, trust & environment
I spend time giving them everything they need, including affection. I also keep client’s dog on the clients schedule, i.e. feeding and walking times. This way the dog doesn’t need to adjust to different schedules. In my clients or my homes. I don’t leave any dogs outside unattended (and I pay attention to what they are doing) or walk them off lead or even walk them in a place that may put them in harms way. In my home and in your home, I take care of your babies just like they were my babies.
Pets
A typical day
I like long walks at the Santa Fe River Walk if I’m in Santa Fe and my neighborhood if staying with me. I love going to dog parks, playing fetch and just adoring your fur babies.
