A typical day
I love to hang out with dogs & match their needs! Whether that is love & affection, and less physically intense exercise, hanging out outside so they can be in nature. Or more heavy exercise needs for energetic pups, longer walks around the city, parks, and taking them for excursions in my car to their favorite place!

Pet care experience
I’ve been an animal lover and pet owner since I was born, having owned 6 cats and 2 dogs throughout my lifetime. For over 10 years I’ve helped family members, neighbors, and friends take care of their pets of all kinds. When I got slightly older I began pet sitting & walking as a side job while in school. I have experience taking care of dogs (small and large), taking them for long safe fun packed walks, small animals like rabbits, ferrets, and hamsters, and cats. In my pet care experience I have handled energetic young pups along with older more tame doggies that need more personalized attention or medication management. I look forward to meeting the furry members of your family and showing them the care, fun, exercise, and companionship they deserve when you’re gone!

Maddie did a terrific job housesitting and watching our (high-maintenance) kitten for 10 days. She proactively took the time out of her own schedule to come meet us and get the lay of the land before our trip, and throughout was highly communicative, sending multiple pictures of her playing or cuddling with our happy little guy every single day. She left the house neat and tidy and even left us an adorable note on the kitchen table. We look forward to having her watch Rumble any time we can get her in the future!
Maddie was great! She took my vienna for a long walk and sent lovely pictures. I will be using her again in the future!

Madelyn has been caring for animal since middle school. She is kind, reliable and responsible. She was trusted to pet sit for a variety of pets - cats and dogs of course, but also bunnies and even an aquatic frog :)
