I've been around dogs since I was six years old, and caring for animals has always been one of my greatest joys. My first pup was a cocker spaniel mix who was part of our family for 13 wonderful years. We also adopted a blind and deaf Shih Tzu at age 10 and gave him a cozy, loving home for his final two years. These days, I share my home with two spoiled corgis—Roy (5) and Bonnie (3)—who would be happy to welcome your furry friend into the pack! Special needs pets are welcome here. I have a soft spot for animals who need a little extra TLC. Whether your pet requires daily medication—tablets, pills, liquids, or even an inhaler—I'm comfortable and experienced with it all. Every pet deserves attentive care, and I'm happy to follow your routines to the letter. A note for reactive or anxious pups: I get it. Roy struggles with both, so I know firsthand how important it is to respect boundaries and create a calm, safe environment. Your nervous pup is in understanding hands here.

Madelyn, we really appreciate that you managed the building entry and handled our dog’s feeding well, it’s clear you’re responsible and capable with care tasks. That said, we were hoping for the full 60 minute walks we were paying for, and unfortunately the 20-30 minute 0.1-0.3 mile walks and just sitting at the park were not good for our dog. Timeliness and updates are also really important to us, in review of her report cards, you were 30+ minutes late to every walk and didn’t provide quality (or any) photos on walks. We valued your help and you are clearly good with the in-home aspect; however, our dog did not get the exercise she needed and we paid for. I just wanted to share this feedback for those with 100+ lb large breed dogs like ourselves.
Solo lovessss Madelyn! Such an excellent sitter/animal person. Great communication. Great photos. Really appreciate everything she does. 1000/10! Will definitely keep booking with her🐶🫶🏾

Schedule
I am currently working from home Monday through Friday with a fairly flexible schedule. Let me know what you need and we can work it out! (Not currently accepting recurring visits due to unpredictability of my primary work schedule!)
