It’s really helpful for me to know each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs ahead of time. Things like their feeding schedule, favorite activities, energy level, and how they do on walks are great to know. I also like to be aware of any medical needs, allergies, or quirks (like fears of loud noises or not getting along with other dogs) so I can give them the best and safest care possible.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active and happy! Depending on their personality and energy level, we’ll go on walks, play fetch, tug-of-war, or enjoy some brain games with toys and treats. For the more relaxed pets, I’ll give plenty of cuddles, belly rubs, and quiet companionship. My goal is to make sure every pet feels loved, entertained, and comfortable while in my care.

Madelyn took wonderful care of our Tyler! • Pictures and daily updates • Lots of walks, cuddles and attention (she is a sweet but clingy Doodle) • Pick-up and drop-off for a small fee which made everything so easy • Tyler was happy and very well cared for I missed Tyler, of course, but knowing she was in good hands helped me actually relax while I was away. We would definitely book with Madelyn again!
