When walking my dog, I sometimes will take him to my dog park in my neighborhood or we will go on a nice .5 mile to 1 mile walk. When walking dogs, I make sure to give them enough time to go to the bathroom. When I’m the home, I always try to play with my dog or other dogs for at least 30 min to get some of the energy out.

Let me know if your dog has any medications at certain times of the day or if you have a preference on the walk. I have no preference for dog breed, love them all!
A typical day
I love to have dogs burn energy whether it’s mentally or physically. I’ll play some games with them and maybe do a puzzle if they like that. When walking dogs, I might go to the local dog park in the neighborhood or have them run around the backyard.

Pet care experience
I own a 2 year old labradoodle, my family has had multiple types of dogs in the past (and some cats). I worked at a kennel for a couple years and have experience giving medications and caring for elderly dogs.

Madelinn cares and watches my pup jerry all the time, he comes home and is well fed and worn out. She takes him on walks and to the dog park. He also loves Madelinn’s dog and loves play dates with him. I have trusted madelinn to watch jerry overnight and have never had any issues. She cares for him and loves him like he is her own.
Affection is her middle name, She is a good dog mom herself. She is the happiest when around dogs and cats! She is responsible and having the chance to work with her and a pet resort was awesome I know I can trust her with my dog and even my kids. Gives her best in everything she does. And if she can handle a yard full of dogs and love and care for them I know she will be amazing if she gets an opportunity working for Rover !! I highly recommend her for this job!
