Madeline has provided 2 day care sessions for our 7 month old puppy and both times have been superb. He comes back happy and relaxed and I feel at ease knowing he is well looked after. Would highly recommend

As new puppy parents, finding reliable and compassionate care for our little furball was top priority, and we hit the jackpot with Madaline and Sam and little Dapne! From our very first interaction, we felt completely at ease, and their genuine love for animals was immediately apparent. Madaline took care of our puppy Nala during the day whilst working. They went above and beyond our expectations in every way. We received regular updates, often with adorable photos, which really put our minds at rest. It was clear that Nala was not just being supervised, but truly being engaged with and cared for. Madaline paid close attention to her specific needs including sticking to her feeding schedule, continuing her potty training routine, managing her boundless energy with plenty of playtime. When we picked Nala up, she was happy, well-adjusted, and clearly had enjoyed her time with them all. It's such a relief to know that we have someone so trustworthy and dedicated to turn to when we need to leave our precious puppy.
