Availability
Currently working part time and have open availability most days. Whether you are in need of a short walk, check in or weekend pet sitter while you’re away, my schedule is super flexible! I do currently have regular dog walk clients, but would be happy to do my best to accommodate your needs! ****I occasionally teach for the Averitt Center down town during the summer months, so please keep in mind for the month of July that I will do my best to accommodate requests around my teaching schedule:)

I have a cozy 2 bed apartment with loving cat who mind their own and are use to being around other pets and fosters. I have an unfenced yard and will provide leashed/harnessed walks while your pupper stays with me. I prefer to stick to your pets normal walk/food/sleep schedule so they are happy and comfortable in my home or yours. I do allow pets on the couch and bed, but have my own large crate and spare room if needed. My cats are fully vaccinated, heartworm free and flea treated and go to the vets regularly, I prefer to only board pets that have proof of vaccination if staying in my home. If you have any particular needs such as med dispensing or giving shots, I have experience with that as well. :)

Please let me know if there are any specific behaviors or needs your pet has like: if they get along with other dogs/children, have anxiety or nervous quirks, reactivity, stomach sensitivity, or any medications/daily routines to be followed.
A typical day
I love providing good exercise and playing with each pet as they prefer, whether that be fetch, long leash walks, exploring the different smells in my yard, or giving long periods of rubs and scratches to get their energy out. I have a nice road to walk along with shaded sidewalk paths to follow.

Pet care experience
I was involved in a terrible accident and currently have no mode of transportation or the ability to walk, so I won’t be able to accept any clients or requests till June 2025. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience! ***Currently not taking Day care or Boarding clients* I have been involved in rescue work for over 10 years, I started by working my first job at my local shelter and then fostering and helping board dogs and cats for coastal GA rescues and providing transport for pet needs. I have experience training dogs basic commands, leash etiquette, and agility training and have raised puppies. I also have a ton of experience with TNR, feral cat rescue, and socializing cats of all ages, temperaments and abilities. I’ve provided pet sitting and overnight boarding for friends and family for over 8 years and am looking to expand my services. I will happily love and play with your pet, give long walks, play fetch or cuddle if needed. I especially have a soft spot for special needs and senior dogs, I’ll do my best to give the quality care they deserve. I am also happy to provide care for farm animals (chickens, horses, goats,etc.)and exotic pets such as fish, birds, bunnies, turtles, snakes and guinea pigs. I happily provide services within a 5-10 mile radius of Statesboro, GA. For requests further away I will be adding a 5-10$ fee depending on booking distance/service. :) I do have experience giving medication including oral, topical or shots (insulin). Feel free to let me know what your pet needs! Will also be happy to send check in messages and pictures. :)

Madeline was our pet sitter for the last two years (from when we moved to the area to when we moved away). She watched our dog and two cats in our home on numerous occasions (maybe 15 different overnight stays, ranging from one to five nights). She always went above and beyond to ensure that our pets were comfortable and cared for. She routinely checked in with photo messages and was quick to respond to my questions. One thing that really stuck out to me was how excited my dog would be when we ran into Madeline at community events. In short, I highly recommend hiring her as your pet sitter.
Medaline was amazing and I couldn’t thank her enough. She worked so hard to take care of Ghost, even during a big storm. When Rover made a mistake by showing the incorrect distance, she did not cancel with great effort from her and truly saved the day with taking care of Ghost.
