I have worked in the special education field for six years. I worked in elementary through high school autistic and emotional support classrooms as a teaching assistant. I would assist students with lessons, morning meetings, lunch, life skills and bathrooming. I also worked with adults with intellectual disabilities for two summers. We would help them develop life skills, take the bus and other public transportation, grocery shop, and many other activities. I currently work at a vocational high school as a teaching assistant. We help students pursue their career and develop Life skills at the same time. I have three years of dog walking and dog sitting experience. I will dog and dog sit for family friends. I truly enjoy hanging out with their dogs and keeping them company. But I do love all animals. I have a dog of my own and he is my bestfriend. I would be more than happy to take care of your furry friend!
