It’s helpful for me to know as much as possible about each pet ahead of time so I can provide the best care. This includes their feeding schedule, walk routine, behavior around new people or other animals, any medical needs or medications, and any triggers such as anxiety, leash pulling, or sensitivity to certain situations. I also like to know their energy level, favorite activities, and any commands or rules they are used to so I can keep their routine consistent and make them feel comfortable and safe.
A typical day
For dogs, I enjoy going on walks, playing fetch, and spending time outdoors if they’re active. For more relaxed pets, I focus on companionship, gentle attention, and making sure they feel safe and calm. I always aim to keep pets engaged, cared for, and loved while sticking closely to their normal routine.
