The first meeting or two with a new pet is all about establishing comfort and trust. I always like to hang out on the floor with a new cat or dog and match their energy before leashing for a walk or handling some of the care chores.

Madeline is a proactive, warm, and responsible pet sitter. She’s watched my cat, who absolutely adores her, while we’ve been away on a number of occasions and we can always trust her quality of care and attention. I would definitely recommend Madeline, especially for cat sitting.
Madeline is an amazing sitter! She started watching our cat Ozzy when he was just 3 months old. He immediately loved her and she has been watching him ever since! She always sends us lots of photos and clearly cares for him as much as we do (which I really appreciated as a new cat mom.) She stays at our house and keeps things very clean and is always timely. I would highly recommend her!

Schedule
Having just returned from several months traveling, I have very open availability and can respond to bookings on same-day notice. I’m very mobile around the DMV area and can handle anything from mid-day drop ins to weeklong stays!
