Maddie was great! She followed all my instructions, took great care of Beef, and was very respectful of my home. She took lots of pictures and sent regular updates. I'll be using her again for sure.

Madeline seemed like a great fit and very attentive when we did our meet and greet. The dogs seemed to like her and she took lots of notes so it seemed to be a good fit. I only booked Madeline for one night because I like to do a trial run with new sitters before long trips. First Madeline reached out the night before and requested to have a friend over to “help” her with the dogs. I thought this was a little odd but moved past it. The day she started sitting everything seemed to be going well, and she provided a lot of pictures. At 9:30pm I got a text from her saying the dogs were all settled in for the night with pictures of the dogs laying in bed with her. Great! I went on with my night and then at 1:30am my phone started going off nonstop and woke me up. Madeline had locked herself out of my house by locking the door handle and the deadbolt when she left and couldn’t get in, she said she had to go out for something. Making it seem like she was just maybe grabbing something from outside. I tried to problem solve with her but she could not get in, a locksmith needed to be called. While trying to get in touch with a locksmith I checked my doorbell camera to see when she had left. She had left my house at 6:30pm and had not returned until 1:30am. She had staged the photos of the dogs in bed and lied and sent them to me at 9:30pm saying they were safe and settled for the night when they were really alone. No emergency locksmith could come until 7am. So my dogs were completely alone from 6:30pm until 7:50am when the locksmith got in. They were alone for over 13 hours. That is neglect. And all Madeline had to say was I’m sorry. Even when I called her out for lying, she still only said I’m sorry. And even asked at the end if I would book with her again. Madeline is a liar, do not trust her in your home or with your pets. I have filed a case with Rover but in case someone uses her in the mean time, I hope my review will steer you away.
