Madeline really saved our butts when our original planned pet sitter chose not to answer her phone the day before we were leaving town, leaving us scrambling for coverage for 11 hours in the middle of the day. Madeline did not know us and still agreed at 11:30 PM the night before our 4 AM flight. She updated us throughout the day, played with the dogs, and honestly I think they were sad when we came home. She saved us again when our last flight into Chattanooga was canceled due to weather. Despite it being a holiday, she came back to feed and walk them again without hesitation. We will absolutely be using her again and recommending her to everyone we know.

Madeline was AMAZING for my first Rover sitter!!!!!!

Madeline has been a God send! I have a senior husky (angel) who takes several medications and struggles with arthritis, anxiety and incontinence. She also is dog aggressive which adds even another layer of anxiety while gone! I am a ridiculously anxious person and my Angel girl is my world and her being older just makes me worry that something will happen while away. Angel is a picky girl and LOVES Madeline. Not only does Madeline take great care of angel, but my cat, streaks, is ill with FIP and one of the neediest cats I’ve even met! He wants to cuddle 24/7, he also sneezes 24/7. Madeline keeps him clean, gives him his meds, and all the cuddles!! Having two pets that are hard pets and being an anxious person, you can imagine how hard it is to find someone who you trust to take care of your babies. Madeline will forever be that person for me! She takes such good care of angel and streaks, I don’t have to worry when I’m away! 10/10 recommend!!!

Madeline is great with my pets! She is kind, compassionate, caring, and thoughtful. She will for make sure your fur babies are cared for and happy after visiting with her.

I could not recommend Madeline enough after she cared for our crew! We have a golden retriever, (sometimes very opinionated) cocker spaniel, and (larger-than-life) indoor cat. From the very beginning, my fiance and I felt completely at ease knowing they were in her hands. She was incredibly reliable, communicative, and so attentive to each of their own individual personalities and needs. This gave us such peace of mind while we were away on vacation! It was obvious she genuinely cared about them--not just making sure they were fed and let out, but spending intentional quality time with them. She kept GiGi happy and active, handled Fletcher's temperament with patience and understanding (we watched the first interactions on the pet camera), and made sure Tilliford was well-loved (and well-fed, just the way he prefers). She also did an amazing job sticking to their routines, which makes such a difference in our animals! When we got home, all three animals were calm, content, and clearly had been so well cared for the entire time. I truly appreciate how thoughtful, responsible, and consistent she was throughout the whole experience. It's never easy leaving your pets behind, but Madeline made it feel completely stress-free. I would absolutely trust her to care for them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable, attentive, and caring pet-sitter or dog-walker!
