Hi! My name is Maddie, I am a qualified teacher and I currently work as an animal ranger in a small zoo. I have always had dogs and pets in my family home and love caring for and playing with animals. Since moving away from home, I have reliably cared for family and friends pets, inclusive of walking, feeding and bathing them. I don’t mind getting muddy on a walk and have experience with very energetic breeds such as spaniels and Weimaraners. I am capable of providing care for breeds with particular health requirements and responsibly ensure that their dietary needs are met. I am happy to support you and follow your lead to ensure that your dogs usual routines are kept to if required.

Madeline and her husband come highly recommended! They are incredibly calm and considerate of KD's needs, which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. KD felt right at home immediately, theyre lovely garden space helped!
3rd time booking in 3 weeks speaks for itself. Maddie and Luke are real dog lovers; they are relaxed and kind and provide a home from home. Our teen Springer Ziggy is very happy there and we love the pics they send of him lording it on their sofa and having great walks in the park. Recommended 100%
Madeline has a wonderful, calm energy that my dog gravitated toward immediately. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands a dog’s boundaries and needs, but Madeline was incredibly patient and observant. I felt a complete sense of peace knowing my dog was in such steady, capable hands. She is a reliable and thoughtful sitter, and we are so grateful to have found her. There were plenty of updates during the time Gizmo was with Madeline. Would highly recommend.
Maddy has been god send for us. We had Maddy walk Buddy for 3 weeks in the evening and she has been a gem to have. No doubt we will be becoming one of her regulars 😊
Ziggy had the best 2 night stay over; he came home super chilled and happy, we couldnt believe how calm he was in the car on our way home🧡. What a find for us; Maddie and Luke welcomed us into their home to meet Ziggy prior to his stay and were very flexible and kind, with I’m sure, an element of patience as he is only 10 months old and still has his “L Plates“ on😊. He enjoyed lovely walks, ate well and looked so relaxed in the photos they sent. We felt 100% comfortable with the care provided and would not hesitate to recommend. I currently have availability during most weekday evenings and on weekends. I will be able to provide full time care to your pets in my home.

Safety, trust & environment
My fiancé and I have a house with a secure garden for your dog to roam in freely. I am close to a few parks for walks and have space for a dog bed/crate downstairs. We don’t have our own pets so there is no risk of the animals not getting along and I don’t have any children to worry about either.
A typical day
I wake up early and can provide a morning walk. Then I would be able to provide company throughout the morning and another afternoon/evening walk. I have a long garden so can play fetch and games with the dogs while we are at home.
