I’ve been caring for animals my entire life. Growing up on a ranch, I helped raise and care for all kinds of animals including rabbits, cats, and dogs, learning hands-on responsibility and compassion from a young age. I bring decades of experience and have a special love for senior pets. Since 2011, I’ve rescued and cared for older dogs, giving them comfort, attention, and love in their final years. Two of my own cats lived to be 20, so I understand the dedication needed for long-term care. Whether it’s a playful puppy, a shy rescue, or a senior pet, I treat every animal like family. Friends and neighbors have trusted me for years to nurture, love, and care for their pets and I’d be honored to do the same for yours.

Madelina watched our dog for two weeks, and we could not have asked for a better experience! Through the whole time we were away, she was communicative, reliable, and incredibly attentive. Our dog was completely spoiled with love and attention, and we received regular updates and pictures that gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Beyond taking excellent care of our pup, Madelina also went above and beyond with our house. She kept our plants watered and thriving, and when we returned, the house was spotless! It was such a treat to come home after a long trip to a clean space and a happy pup! Madelina is absolutely wonderful, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! We will definitely be booking her again!
Ralphie had a great time hanging out with Madelina while we went away for the weekend. She gave us plenty of updates which put my mind at ease. Our home was nice and tidy when we came back. We will definitely be using her again in the future!

We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Madelina! Before our week-long trip to Canada, she took the time to build a relationship with our two dogs, Xena and Pocket, through several walks and drop-in visits. That thoughtful introduction made all the difference and gave us complete confidence while we were away. Throughout our trip, Madelina kept us updated with thoughtful messages and the sweetest photos that showed just how happy, relaxed, and loved our pups were. Those updates brought us so much peace of mind. What truly sets Madelina apart is the care she extends beyond pet sitting. She kept our home in immaculate condition, neatly stacked our mail, faithfully watered our flower and vegetable gardens, and even took the initiative to add an extra day of watering because of the summer heat. When we returned, she had washed the sheets and towels and somehow left our refrigerator cleaner and more organized than we had left it! The greatest compliment we can give is that Xena and Pocket were completely themselves when we got home—happy, content, and without a trace of stress or anxiety. It was clear they had been loved and cared for as if they were her own. Madelina is truly a gem. She is dependable, thoughtful, proactive, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any pet family looking for a trustworthy dog walker or pet sitter. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to having her care for Xena and Pocket again!
Madelina is amazing! She is an excellent communicator, timely, and consistently goes above and beyond to take great care of our pup including paying special attention to his unique needs.
Can’t say enough wonderful things about Madelina! My dog Baxter loves her like another mother. She’s a dog whisperer and calms his nervous energy. She’s very communicative which also eases my nervous energy when I leave my boy. It’s hard to trust just anyone but Madelina has my trust!

Schedule
I work part-time remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule to dedicate to your pet. This allows me to provide consistent attention, care, and companionship tailored to each animal’s needs.

- I’d love to get to know your fur-baby. Please share any special needs, emotional triggers (i.e., are they reactive toward skateboards, bikes, cars, etc), medications, diet, exercise habits, favorite toys, routines, and how they get along with children or other pets. The more I know, the better I can keep them happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.
