Madeline is extremely reliable, professional and overall just amazing! My pup loves her and I always know she’s in good hands with Madeline. She treats my girl as her own!

We really enjoy working with Madeleine. Our dogs love her. She’s always on time, responsible, and goes the extra mile every single time without hesitation.

Getting a dog walker or sitter has always been incredibly nerve-racking for us. We have a very shy, skittish Australian Shepherd who doesn’t warm up to new people easily, so finding someone she trusts has always felt nearly impossible. Then we found Madeleine. From the very beginning, Madeleine took the time to build a genuine relationship with our dog before she ever attempted to put a leash on her. Her calm, patient, and gentle nature was exactly what our girl needed to feel safe. We’ve gone through several dog walkers who simply didn’t take the time to understand her personality or adjust their approach, but Madeleine did, and it made all the difference. Our dog is absolutely obsessed with Madeleine now, and honestly, I completely understand why. She is truly one of a kind. She’s thoughtful, dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Most importantly, she loves and cares for our dog as if she were her own. Leaving your fur baby with someone new is never easy, and dog walking apps have always made me anxious. But Madeleine exceeded every expectation we had. She gave us complete peace of mind, and we know our dog is genuinely happy and well cared for whenever she’s with her. We feel so lucky to have found her, and we’re never letting her go!
