I understand some animals need more time to build trust and confidence so I am happy to take as long as it needs to build that trust it’s the most rewarding thing working with animals. I will keep your dog on a lead/longline until I have gained the trust and have full confidence that the will come to me when I call them.

It’s very Important I know about any medical conditions so if anything happens whilst your dog is in my care I will be more prepared to deal with the situation. It is also very important I know the temperament so I can prepare myself to provide the necessary care.
A typical day
I love taking dogs to quiet field and running around with them. I would love to work on my basic training skills which is also great enrichment for dogs it’s also a great way to build a bond with the dog

Pet care experience
I have 5 year experience working in lots of environments with different animals. I love working with cats and all dog breeds and temperaments. I have working in animal boarding for over 4 years, and I love building bonds with the pets and owners. I have my level 3 animal management qualifications which include animal health and welfare and animal training. I have experience administering all types of medication including insulin injection.

Maddy has done a fantastic job of taking care of our two dogs. One of them is a rescue so can be funny with strangers, but Maddy has been incredibly patient and continued our training with her. She's reliable, trustworthy and makes an extra effort to play with our dogs and make sure they have fun. Our dogs loved her and she clearly loves dogs!
