Hi, I’m Maddie! 💕 I’m a warm shelter volunteer and an attentive petsitter. I’ve cared for lots of different kinds of animals: anxious dogs, shy/spicy kitties, seniors, puppies, bunnies, birds, and more! I’ve learned to read their body language well, adapting my approach for individual animals’ needs and comfort levels. I think that pets (like us) thrive most when they feel understood, so I always take time to build trust with them at their own pace. My goal is to create a calm space for your pet to feel happy and as comfy as possible while you’re away! So if they need a little extra patience, or just a lower-stress environment, I’m happy to provide that for you. Let me know your pet’s usual routine, favourite activities, toys, and personality quirks, and I’ll take note for my visits. After a housesit, I like to vacuum and tidy up everything before leaving, so you return to a home that’s nice and clean. I like keeping you in the loop, so expect plenty of photos and updates while you’re gone! Taking cute pics of your pets for you is a lil passion of mine ☺️ Before we book I’ll always offer a quick meet & greet or call, just to make sure we all click. Looking forward to connecting!

Maddie is a wonderful sitter who gave our cat a lot of love during a few days away. I would definitely work with Maddie again and highly recommend to anyone else looking for someone who will provide the highest level of care to your furry felines. Maddie is also a great communicator and provided very informative daily recaps to us.
Maddie is kind, fun and clearly a lover of animals. She arrived on time and immediately put our rescue dog (Frank) at ease. She kept him busy with games and breaks outside for play. We'll definitely book her again.
Madeleine was absolutely lovely and I would definitely book with her again!!! She was always extremely communicative and prompt, left detailed “rover cards” and pictures, and really seemed to dedicate time and care during her visits with our kitty - which means the world to us. Leaving our kitty at home is always so hard, but I honestly felt very reassured knowing she was taking care of our girl!
Maddie has stayed with Maisie a number of times now and she’s always so good with my high-energy young dog. I’ll continue to book Maddie for as long as she’ll accept!
Maddie, once again, took excellent care of our cats during a weekend away. She dropped in multiple times daily to ensure they were well fed and watered, and even put on relaxing cat YT videos for our anxious boy, Charlie. Thank you, Maddie!
Maddie took such great care of Winnie and Charlie, and our home, during our week away, and we couldn't be happier! From the start, she was attentive to their individual needs, including managing their separate diets and food routines. She even helped administer IV fluids for Winnie alongside our vet tech, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing Winnie was in such capable hands. Maddie treated our home with the utmost respect- she stripped and washed the bed linens, ran the dishwasher before leaving, and left everything spotless. It truly felt like she cared for our space as if it were her own. To top it all off, she sent lovely updates and photos throughout the week so we could see how our fur babies were doing. We feel so relieved to have found her and can't wait to book with her again!
