Madeline was an absolute gift to our family over the holidays. Leaving my elderly dogs is never easy, especially with their medications and special routines, but she handled everything with such care, attention, and professionalism that I was able to relax and truly enjoy time away. She was incredibly thorough with their medications, made sure their meals were prepared exactly as needed, and took such thoughtful care with their walks and daily needs. It was clear she treated them like her own, checking in consistently and keeping me reassured every step of the way. I would recommend Madeline without hesitation to anyone especially those with senior pets or animals who need extra love and attention. She is reliable, compassionate, and truly exceptional at what she does.

Madeline was simply amazing! she loved, cuddled, played with and was wonderful with Ruby. she kept me updated and took lots of pictures too. i will book her again in a heartbeat - i’ve never felt better about leaving Ruby in someone’s care!

I’m glad we hired Maddie to take care of our cat Cannoli while we were away. She was punctual each day and spent plenty of time with her. My cat has only accepted 2 other people prior to this but she felt comfortable with Maddie and let her pet/interact with her too. Maddie is very polite, loves animals and responded to my texts in a timely manner. She kept an eye on the house while we were gone and took good care of my plants as well. I highly recommend Maddie to care for your pets!

This was the second time Maddie took care of my Tater. The first time when she dog sat overnight, she was incredibly thorough and responsive and checked in often. Just recently I asked Maddie to check on him during the day and she went the extra mile to ensure he was cool and comfortable on a hot summer day. She is professional and responsible, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her often and recommend her to friends who are looking for pet care!!

Hey, I just wanted to give a big shout out to my new pet sitter Madeline I have an old big GreatDane named Murphy Usually, I can make it home for a little break midday to let him out, but work has been crazy lately.I always feel bad that he might be stressing about going out to the bathroom midday. So on a whim, I started researching Rover Sitter’s I really thought it was going to be a process I figured I would reach out to one or two sitters a week and do some meet and greets So I found Madeline on Rover and, she looked kind and caring, and I liked the reviews from legitimately caring pet owners So I reached out to her on Friday, she got back to me within seconds, and suggested that we meet on Saturday Wow, never thought it was going to be that quick I thought I’d have to wait and wait and wait for responses So we plan to meet and greet and I told her that my house was a little hard to find, and GPS always messes everybody up I explained to her what my house looked like Come Saturday, she arrived early, explaining that she wanted to make sure that she found my house I was impressed that somebody was very considerate of my time She came in my house and she was very calm and spoke quietly to him , which is exactly what he is used to I explained my concerns to her and how he was getting older and I worry about him. She had told me how she just recently lost her 13 year-old dachshund, and she understood how hard it is to lose a dog , I was thinking in my head , her dog must of had had a lot of love and good care if it live to be 13 years old so fast-forward to today when she did the drop in visit She sent me pictures, and she sent me a “ Report Card” She told me that she took Murphy outside and then they came inside and she just sat on the couch with him, and petted him and talk to him. Well, that’s exactly what I would’ve done with my old man. I don’t have to look any further and I don’t have to interview any more people because Madeline is the one! I appreciate her sensitivity, her promptness, her pictures, and her report card Thank you, thank you so much, Madeline, you are the best and I appreciate you so much

Madeleine has been caring for my dogs since high school. She is attentive, kind and wonderful with my dogs. It shows on how excited they are to see her when she drops in. She provides the best care and from the beginning asked for instruction to make sure she does exactly what is needed to be done each time she visits. I have cameras outside the house and she’ll often bring toys out to play with them during her drop ins. I can’t say enough good things about the care she provides for my dogs. They love her and we do too!
