Enthusiastic and Fun Dog Lover!
Hi my name is Madeleine and I love pets of all breeds and sizes and would love to take your furry friend on a nice walk in the park, or look after them while you’re on vacation. I have owned a dog in the past for 16 years and have experience with other pets, so I can provide a fun, easy going and active walk or board for your pet. I am available during the week and on weekends as I work from home full time, so can take your dog on a walk for either 30 min during the day, or 1 hr or longer walks in the evenings and on weekends, depending on the needs of your pup! I am really flexible on dates and cancellations. I’m really looking forward to meeting you and your pet!

Madeleine is incredible with dogs! She’s caring, kind and you can tell she truly loves animals. Her experience with caring for pets is clear from the moment you meet her. She asks thoughtful questions upfront to make sure she understands your pet’s needs and routine, which immediately made me feel confident leaving my dog in her care. She also sent regular photos and updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Most importantly, my dog was happy and comfortable with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to have Madeleine care for him again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their pet!
Madeleine and Ryan were amazing! My dog, Millie, has anxiety and is dog-reactive, so I was really nervous about leaving her for multiple nights while I was away on a work trip. Madeleine was fantastic about keeping me updated the whole time, which gave me so much peace of mind. They treated Millie with so much patience, kindness, and care. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for trustworthy pet sitters. I would absolutely book with them again!
Madeleine was very professional and accommodating for our dog’s overnight stay. He had a good stay and I will be using her services again.

Madeleine and her husband Ryan were so great for Murphy! She sent pictures and updates each day and made sure to communicate quickly and frequently. Schedule
I work from home full time so I am available for frequent potty breaks, play time or just hanging out with your pet! I am also able to take your dog on a 30 min walk at lunchtime, plus longer walks in the mornings, evenings and weekends depending on pet needs!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced yard to ensure no pets can get lost from home. Also when entering a home I ensure I do not open the front door very wide so the pet can escape. I do not have any other pets or kids, so my house is safe from small objects or other food that your pet might get into.
A typical day
Going for walks in parks around barrhaven and manotick. If your pet is up for it, I would also love to take them on a hike in Gatineau Park!
