Hi! My name is Madeja, and I honestly can’t imagine a full, happy life without pets. Animals have always been a huge part of my world, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve worked in education and the nonprofit sector since 2015, so patience, responsibility, structure, and clear communication are a big part of who I am. I bring that same care and attentiveness to every pet I look after. I’ve had pets my entire life, starting with my first dog, Gin Gin, a Shih Tzu, and my second dog, Biggie Smalls, a toy poodle. Over the years, I’ve loved and cared for many animals, including Chance, my Shih Tzu of 13 years; Malibu, my pit bull of 13 years; Newman, my cockapoo of 12 years; and Nacho, my cat of 4 years. I currently have a Frenchie puppy and a 5-year-old Frenchie/Pug mix. I also have experience with a variety of breeds, including Dachshunds, Rottweilers, Collies, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, and more. I’m comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, routines, and needs. I have house-trained my own pets and taught basic commands, including some sign language cues. My approach is patient, positive, and loving. I believe pets thrive with consistency, kindness, and someone who truly pays attention to them. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, structure, or just a calm and caring presence, I will treat them like they are my own. I also run a babysitting business where families can book me online, so I understand how important trust, reliability, and communication are when caring for someone you love.
