PLEASE NOTE: I cannot accommodate new bookings without a meet and greet. Any new booking requests made with less than a week’s notice will be archived. Thank you! SCHEDULING: Meet and greets are REQUIRED, especially for all dog bookings and all pets with special medical needs. Currently I can only schedule meet and greets during the week. PRICING: All standard 30 minute meet and greets are free! If you need additional time beyond that for whatever reason, please let me know in advance and I will schedule it as a drop in visit at the standard price. I can provide transportation to and from veterinarians, groomers, or other appointments for a fee of $20/hr for additional time spent, including travel, and a gas mileage charge of $0.65/mile. Transport for emergency vet visits and in-home medication administration are ALWAYS free. If I feel I cannot accommodate your pets’ needs for any reason, I will let you know in advance of any booking confirmation to avoid any complications. CANCELLATION POLICY I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for any drop in appointments, as short-notice cancellations affect my income and availability. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before a drop in will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total cost for the cancelled appointment(s). Non-responses after multiple attempts to reach out regarding a confirmed appointment (ie I need to confirm a detail with you or otherwise reach out regarding our appointment) has been made will result in an archival of your request and a blacklist/blocking of your profile.
