Availability
Before and after work, I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and check-ins, and I make sure each pet gets consistent attention and care. If close by, I am able to use my lunch break to come by for mid-day care and potty breaks. On my days off, I have much more flexibility and can accommodate longer visits or extended care. I always prioritize making time for each pet to ensure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for.

A typical day
A lot of the dogs I have experience with over the last few years are very high energy. The best way to get their energy out is a sniff walk! It’s the best way to get their mind stimulated while also tiring them out. I also love to play simple games of fetch; interactive play with toys or balls always does the trick. For pups who want to accomplish a “job” I love hiding treats in Easter eggs around a home or yard for them to find.

Hi, I’m Maddy! I’ve been living in Hawaii for about a year now and currently work in a veterinary clinic!! I have several years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. My background includes working as a kennel technician and receptionist at a busy doggy daycare, boarding, training, and grooming facility. This has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior, safety, and individualized care of dogs and cats! At this time, I do not offer boarding in my home, but I’m more than happy to provide care in your home depending on location. I strive to keep your pets’ routine as normal and stress free as possible while you’re away, and I’ll always go above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved.

Maddy is super kind to both people and pets! She has worked at a kennel for years and treated all the pets so well, even gaining trust of the ones that don’t normally like strangers! She also connected with my own dogs immediately when we were just hanging out and they do not at all like strangers, it shocked me! Maddy is just the sweetest and goes above and beyond for her clients and their babies!
