Happy, chilled and muddy pawed home from home
I have grown up with dogs mainly medium to larger breeds and have trained our own dogs in the past in agility and everyday training. In the past I worked as a dog walker and sitter in other peoples houses however due to having children now this isn’t an option anymore to stay out for the night but more than happy to have dogs to stay overnight at ours. I also am happy to walk your dog or to have your dog use our house as a doggy day care base. I work from home on Wednesdays and Thursdays but set my own hours so I can work around the dogs staying. I am off at home with the children the rest of the week. Tuesdays I work in a clinic but can be flexible again with these hours to accommodate. My children (3 years old and 8 months) both love dogs and again are used to dogs and have grown up with them. They’re respectful of dogs and I will always observe them with dogs and not leave them unattended. I have a big fenced in garden and electric gates and a front drive also accessible but secure for the dogs. I live across the road from Hawley woods which makes it very accessible to walk the dogs with so many different routes and paths. My car is also big enough for two dogs to go further afield for walks.

I have a crate I can provide if your dog is crated at all, dog beds I can provide unless you would like to provide your own. Lots of balls and dog toys as well. I allow dogs on furniture with a blanket if that is something you also allow but I would check with you first. Garden is secure at the back and I have electric gates at the front of the house ensuring if dogs come out the front door they are safe.

I could not recommend Maddy more highly - I can see why she is a ‘Star Sitter’! The level of care she provided to our dog was outstanding - it was such a reassurance to know he was in such great hands whilst we were out. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she also sent photo and message updates. She also made time to come and meet us before the scheduled drop-in visit. We will definitely be using Maddy again!! Maddie took amazing care of our dog — attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about animals. We felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in such loving hands. Daily updates and photos were a lovely touch. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Schedule
I am at home Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays not working. Wednesdays and Thursdays I work from home but set my own hours so I can accommodate dog care. Tuesdays I work in a clinic but I can be flexible with these hours if needed.
