Availability

I work from home 3-4 days a week so am able to walk, play with, and let the dog out throughout the day. I have two cats, one that doesn’t mind dogs and one that hides when dogs are present, but both are nice and have had dogs around.

Safety, trust & environment

I live in an apartment that is very dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on my furniture if they are allowed. There’s a place to go potty on the terrace of my apartment which makes it easy to go out, especially late at night.

Information Maddy M. would like to know about your pet

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or is shy, energetic, what might trigger them, etc. I want them to feel the most comfortable!

A typical day

I wake up to let the dog out and walk them long or short distance (depending on the dogs physical and energy level). I live right by a dog park so that could be fun for them if they are used to that. If not, there’s a big field I can let them walk around in. I’m also close to the waterfront so walks along there are nice.

Pet care experience

I have grown up with 2 Springer Spaniels and a Cavalier King Charles, including training 2 as puppies. I have dog-sat many of my friends' dogs and cats. I enjoy spending time with any dogs, and am able to walk, feed, and play with your dog. My dog who passed away a few years ago had to be on a lot of medication which I give to him, so I am also able to give your dog their appropriate medications if needed and am responsible in that realm. Right now I have a job where I can work from home, so my schedule is pretty flexible. I am able to do drop in visits and am very reliable and trustworthy. I will keep your dog entertained and make sure his or her needs are met while providing a safe environment. I am excited to meet the special member of your family and become their new friend!

We were glad to be able to book Maddy again and could enjoy our trip knowing that our pug was in good hands. She sent us photo updates throughout and it’s clear that our pup feels relaxed and happy at her home. Great sitter!
