With many years of experience in dog care, fostering and volunteering at the shelter, dog walking, I am skilled in handling various breeds and temperaments. Whether it's going for long walks, engaging in playtime or just hanging out, I strive to create a positive and nurturing environment. I am reliable, responsible, and always ready to go care for your pets specific needs! I also love taking photos so you will receive nice pictures of your pets while I am taking care of them!

I have a dog of my own, a 100 lb rescue, who is the sweetest boy. Having an unknown background and coming with many health complications, I have learned how to train and handle him in new situations, meeting other dogs and people, etc. and he has done amazingly. We have had to administer meds, apply ointment, give oral meds, etc. so I have experience with this as well. We have two cats and have fosters many kittens and dogs too through the shelter. I also come from family who have had large dogs such as Newfoundlands and St Bernard’s. I am capable and confident in taking care of larger breeds but also smaller too! I am described as an easy going, calm and caring person and I think because of this, I have never met an animal I haven’t gotten along with!

Maddy was fantastic! Our dog Maggie even got to spend quality time with Maddy’s family dog. The house was spotless and we received several updates with pictures. We will definitely use her again.
My original dogsitter canceled on me after I had already left town on vacation, and I was panicking about finding someone to stay at my house with my two big dogs. Luckily I found Maddy, and she was able to step in on short notice and take great care of my girls. While I was anxious about the pups being with someone they didn’t know, Maddy was great with them and made sure to send updates and pictures every day. I came home after more than a week away to happy dogs and a clean house. We’ll definitely try to book with Maddy again when we need a good sitter!
Maddy has watched my high energy poodle on many occasions. She is so sweet, caring and great with all animals. She is very organized and sent me lots of photos on her walks! She fed her and was able to do any of the specialized requests I had specific to my dogs diet. I entrust her more than anything with my doggos!
Maddy started taking my lab Doc for walks about a year ago. He loves her as much as my family now! She has treated him so well, like he was her own dog. He always came home happy and ready for a nap. Maddy is an extremely trustworthy person who I would let take care of and of my pets or children! Very responsible and kind! I have already recommended her to some friends!

Schedule
I am currently off work on maternity leave so I am very flexible and have time to care for your pet in any way you may need! I live downtown, close to many parks and I walk many kms a day. I’d be happy to have your pup join my walk, happy to check in on your pet, have your pet at my house. Pets are a main part of my life and I’d love to include yours in that.
