Dog pooped in the house and chewed up a pillow, these are things that have never occurred with her. Maddy texted me 24 hours before I was supposed to be home and said she had a family emergency and wouldn’t be able to return to care for the dog. The dog was left in the garage for 24 hours alone, in the dark, with no food or water. When I asked Maddy whether or not she had water she assured me that she had filled the food and water before leaving, but when I returned home I found the food and water bowls were inside the house where my dog couldn’t get to them, and they were both empty.

Maddison house and pet sat for us one night last week. She visited for a meet-and greet session first, accompanied by a friend, which seemed like a sensible precaution. We were not told in advance, however, that both would be staying in the house, and had they not arrived before we left (we got a later start than we had planned), we probably would never have been informed that two people were staying in the house. While they seem like nice people, he doesn't have any connection that I can see with Rover, and it seems as if they should inform people in advance that they work as a team. They made no attempt to communicate while we were gone, and did not leave a note telling us about how our two elderly cats did in our absence. Moreover, there are indications that they did not follow our detailed instructions regarding pet care. For example, one of the cats is on a special diet and should not be allowed to eat the other cat's food, but both foods were left out where either cat could get them. The water in their bowl was dirty, and the cats do not appear (based on the number of cans) to have been fed as often as we instructed. Finally, we returned to a dirty house. The bed was barely made, with pillows tossed on the floor. There were empty plastic fast food-style drink glasses in the living room, and dirty dishes in the sink. The cabinet containing the kitchen garbage can was left open. The sink and counters were dirty, and a sauce pan of soup leftovers was just left on the stove. While they did not break anything, it doesn't seem very professional to expect us to clean up after them.

Maddison did an amazing job caring for my crew of 3 dogs. This was our first time using Rover, so I was a little nervous but Maddison put my mind at ease and I felt comfortable leaving them in her care. We will definitely re book with Maddison in the future.

We were visiting Billings with family and contacted Maddison. She was great! Our pup is a little fussy but he took to Maddison almost immediately. We highly recommend Maddison!
