So great. Archie is in love with Maddie. ??

Horrible.. do not reserve this person. She didn’t show up for 3 different days and we had to cancel her and reserve a different person while on vacation. When we asked why she didn’t write a river card? She said “oops I forgot to visit” unacceptable. How is this person 5 star?

Maddie was great when she was able to make the visits. She was attentive and caring toward my cats. However, communication with her was very poor - during the booking process I had trouble getting responses from her and usually had to ping her a couple times before getting an answer. Even though I provided access information for my building, she ended up missing three visits - one of them was understandable due to a personal emergency on her part, but she didn’t reach out to me or the backup contact I provided until I inquired about how the first visit went. The other two times were due to her missing the closing time for my apartment office. Due to lack of communication and avoidable misses I experienced, I cannot recommend Maddie at this time.

Maddie was was schedule to walk Mushu once on Saturday and once on Sunday. Both days I was going to be gone from 645-345. I had arraigned Maddie to walk my dog at 11am and another friend to come at 3. Saturday went well. But on Sunday, Maddie was sick and didn’t let me know that she had not made the appointment. I did not hear from her that she was going to try and stop by, until 3:17pm. As a result, my dog was crated for 9ish hours without being let out. Maddie also took the key and fob that I left out in my lock box on Saturday, without telling me, expecting to use it on Sunday as well. I would probably not recommend her as a dog walker.
