Hands to Heart: Seasoned Pet Care
As a pet owner for 20+ years, I have been blessed to care for dogs through every stage of life—from puppies to seniors, including a blind dog and one with mobility challenges. While I am new to Rover, I am not new to the genuine attention, patience, and love that fur babies deserve. My experience also includes completing individual and group K-9 training courses with my own dogs. Agility is in the mix as well, so the back yard is often home to hoops, jumps, tunnels, and weave poles...oh my!

Maddie was amazing with our boy Banks. Hey did Grainger was a great bud for Banks to play with. Maddie provided restart updates and videos so we didn't have to worry about how things were going. Highly recommend!!!
When we told Chessie she was going to play with Granger and Maddie, she pulled us to the car. Came home happy and tired! 😍
We LOVE Maddie and Granger! Chessie has a blast when she stays with Maddie and always comes home happy-tired! Maddie is great getting her to eat (which is often a struggle) and communicating with us (pictures and videos!) When we pull up to the house to drop her off, Chessie barks like crazy to get out and go play. We are SO grateful to Maddie and super excited to have found her!!

Maddie and Granger were awesome! Chessie had such a good time and was exhausted when she got home—a good sign, for her! She even ate for Maddie, which is astonishing—she is sooo finicky! We got pictures and video and could definitely tell she was having fun. When she got home she curled up on the sofa and crashed. We can’t wait for her to go back!
My two golden retrievers had a great weekend with Maddie! She was awesome and great at communicating

Schedule
Currently, I work full-time, Monday - Thursdays, and half-days on Fridays. Evenings and weekends are dedicated to adventures, cuddles, and the like with my English Spring Spaniel, Granger. Please feel encouraged to message me about dates, times, and the like. If able, I will happily make accommodations.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a spacious fenced in yard for "fun and run". Crates are preferred for overnight stays. Furbo and Ring are on premises for extra safety and security.
Pets
A typical day
Physical and mental stimulation are important. Specifics will vary per dog but can include neighborhood strolls, beach and trail walks (I have a pass to the state parks), logic puzzles, water play, and more.
