Pet care experience
Hello! I'm a New York native who has made her way to Raleigh via DC and RVA. I'm currently a cat mom to four, but love going on walks and hiking around the Triangle, and would love to have a pup or two to walk with me! Weather permitting, I average a minimum of four miles per day, but can go up to ten (and of course, shorter walks too). Feel free to reach out!

At this time I am not offering boarding at my house for pets (because I do have my cats). However, I am able to house-sit at a client's home!
Information Maddie H. would like to know about your pet
It would be important to know in advance of any medical needs or concerns, and certain maximum distances for a walk. I would also want to know if the dog has any anxiety of being in cars, needs distance from unfamiliar dogs, etc.
A typical day
I love to go on hikes at Umstead and Eno, but typically walk around Southwest Raleigh- near Centennial Campus as well as Lake Johnson. I do have a car so I am able to transport your pup if needed. I'm also able to come to you and walk more familiar routes.

Availability
I currently have an open schedule as I'm taking a slight break from corporate America (which I was in for ten years), so I have plenty of time to play with pups! As we do get into the winter months, I will probably not be available later in the day (after dark). I am currently working on a personal writing project when not taking care of pets.
