I'm not sure if there were just miscommunications or bad turns of events, but I was disappointed. We left around 10 AM knowing that Maddie had some dogs to walk in the afternoon and that she'd be there afterwards. Around 10:45 I texted her asking that she text me when she got to the house so I knew she was there. She replied, "No problem!" I tried to call a couple of times in the afternoon and hadn't heard from her by 4:15 so I texted again asking if she'd met the dogs yet. She replied that her phone had been on silent and that she'd be there in about 15 minutes. We didn't hear anything for some time, so 45 minutes later I called my neighbor who said that there wasn't any car in the driveway. The dogs had been alone in the house since 10 AM so I called my mother-in-law who had to drive another 45 minutes to check on them. By that time, Maddie had arrived, long after the promised 15 minutes. The dogs had gone to the bathroom in the house and were two hours late for their evening feeding. I finally got a picture of one of my dogs at 6;12 PM. The night was apparently uneventful and things were fine when we arrived home the following day. We've been unable to locate our Roku controller since we left -- I texted Maddie today to see if she had any idea where it was but got no answer. I have worked in service industries for years and I HATE writing bad reviews, I really do. I can't lie though, about the fact that I was pretty disappointed that Maddie didn't tell me the truth about when she'd arrive and never got back to me about the Roku controller. I acknowledge that everyone has bad days but lying to me about things isn't acceptable.

My dogs really loved her; cats too...once the food comes out. She even fed the fish we have. My confidence is restored and will travel more often because of this service. Thanks so much!
