Hi, I’m Maddie! 🐶🐱 Dogs and cats have been part of my life since I was a baby. My family adopted a rescue pup named Grady when I was little, and he grew up right alongside me. He was 16 when he passed, and caring for him gave me a special appreciation for senior pets. My first volunteer experience was at the Fredericksburg SPCA, where I met a special pit mix named Piggy. I fostered her for two weeks until she found her forever family. During my time there, I helped clean kennels, walk dogs, administer medications, and learn about nutrition and feeding. I’ve also worked at a pet store specializing in the benefits of different cat and dog foods, which helped me expand my knowledge of pet nutrition and individualized care. Most importantly, I want to get to know your pet as an individual. Every animal has their own personality, routine, quirks, and needs, and I want to learn what makes your pet happiest and most comfortable. I genuinely believe dogs and cats are such a gift to us, and I can’t wait to meet your furry family members! ❤️🐾

Maddie was absolutely amazing!! Minny is very timid but Maddie made her feel very comfortable! She sent plenty pictures and always kept me updated!! She even bought Minny a new collar! Highly recommend and will definitely be using Maddie again in the future!

Maddie was so friendly and professional and also is home all days with the dogs, which is a huge plus! Makkachin is always unsure of new environments at first, but got comfortable quickly and definitely sees Maddie as her new friend. I’ve akready booked her again!

Your dog can enjoy as many walks throughout the day as they’d like, along with plenty of love, attention, and outdoor time. 🚗 Doggy Mobile Transportation Don’t have time to make the drive? I can provide transportation from your home to mine and back in my Doggy Mobile for a small additional fee. I’ve specifically designed the middle floor of my home with pet care and easy pet access in mind. It’s a comfortable, dog-friendly space where pets can relax, play, and feel at home during their stay. I’m home full-time day and night, so your pet gets plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. Dogs are welcome throughout the pet-friendly areas of my home, including the couches and beds. We have a fully fenced backyard for outdoor time, and I can provide as many walks throughout the day as your dog enjoys. I will follow your pups lead. I take one client at a time. My goal is for every pet to feel like they’re staying with family—not being kept in a kennel. ❤️🐾

- For boarding: Pets joining our pack should be comfortable around other dogs. My two pups are seniors and very calm, and we’ll always have a meet & greet beforehand to make sure everyone is comfortable and gets along. I’d also love to know your pet’s personality, daily routine, feeding schedule, exercise needs, medications, and anything else that helps them feel safe and at home. For house sitting & drop-ins: I’m happy to provide daytime and/or overnight care! I’d love to meet you and your pets beforehand, learn their routines and schedules, and see how I can keep things as normal and comfortable as possible while you’re away. Please let me know about their feeding schedule, potty breaks, medications, favorite activities, quirks, and anything else that makes your pets happy. 🐾❤️
