I currently work part-time during the day, so will be around for morning + evening walks & feeding, as well as overnight for stays. I am happy to spend more time with your fur baby around these hours!

A typical day
I understand that every dog is different, so our time together will depend on what your fur baby enjoys doing! I want to plan activities on what best suits your individual pet. We may go on a short hike, a long walk around a park or neighborhood, or have playtime in your yard.

Hello! My name is Lena. :) I am a pet sitter of many years, and a proud fur mama of a 16-year-old chihuahua named Cinnamon. I spent a few years in my early 20s as a full-time dog groomer, before moving to Asheville and pursuing other professional ventures. I've also worked in a kennel and doggie daycare, so am experienced and comfortable with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and dietary needs. I understand that every dog is different, and am happy to provide care for those who need to exert extra energy, those who are couch potatoes, and every fur baby in between. As an added bonus, I've also done master level reiki training, and have provided animal reiki quite a few times!

Maddalena took such good care of our 2 dogs and our in/outdoor cat! We left for 5 days and she stayed with them at our house, we came back to a clean home and happy pets. She sent pics everyday too! Highly recommend!
Lena did a great job with our pets! We received lots of photos and communication and it was clear they were well cared for :)
Lena home sat for us while we were in Arizona for a week, and she took great care of our two pups and kitty! She had great communication and took special care to share about how our extra anxious pup was doing. She was also willing to provide last minute two extra drop in visits, due to major flight difficulties that delayed our arrival by a day. We will book with Lena again! Thank you!
