Hi! I'm Maddie! I work full-time at a local nonprofit food bank and I’m a part-time pup pal! I grew up with rescue dogs (goldens, labs, terriers, and a very spirited staffy!) and have experience with pups of all sizes, ages, personalities, and energy levels. I'm patient, reliable, and love sending plenty of photo updates while you're away. Whether your dog wants a long walk, a game of fetch, or just someone to keep them company, I'll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. One thing to note: I typical work 9-5 in the office on weekdays, so I'm the best fit for pets who are comfortable being left alone during the workday. When I'm not working or dog sitting, you'll usually find me hiking, reading, or trying a new recipe. Thanks for considering me to care for your pup!

I know it's a big deal to trust someone with your pet and your home. I treat both with the same care and respect I'd want for my own. I follow your routine closely, keep your home tidy, and make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. You'll also get plenty of photo updates so you always know how they're doing!
Ratings and reviews
Madalyn did a great job caring for Rambo while I was away and would highly recommend to care for your pets. She also did a great job watching after my house and flagged some AC and refrigerator issues and was able to follow some troubleshooting guidance to fix the issues so I could avoid having to send someone out while I was away. She went above and beyond and did a clean before she left leaving the house, my dog is a big shedder and I was amazed to come home to no dog hair
Madalyn was so great with our pups! She also left our house in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend Madalyn to other pup parents.
Madalyn is wonderful with my dog and cat!! Both are finicky and my cat hates most people but love Madalyn. Definitely recommend her for pet sitting! She is patient with people and pets. Reliable and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy.

Schedule
I work full-time at a local nonprofit food bank Monday through Friday, so I'm available before and after work, on weekends, and for overnight pet sitting. If I'm house sitting during the week, I'll be away for about 8 hours during the workday, so I'm the best fit for pets who are comfortable being left alone during that time. Caring for animals is one of my favorite ways to spend my free time, and I love making it part of my routine.

- It’s super helpful to know your pet’s daily routine, any quirks or triggers (like reactivity to other animals, loud noises, etc.), and how they typically respond to new people. I’d also love to know about any medical needs, allergies, feeding instructions, and preferred walking routes or potty spots. The more details you share, the better I can make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and comfortable while you're away!
